1. Who we are

SeeItOnMe ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Rushly Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17251039. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number C1956631.

2. What data we collect

Account data: email, display name, password (hashed), authentication provider identifiers.
Profile data (optional): style preferences, body measurements, avatar image.
Photos you upload: photos of yourself, photos of garments, generated try-on images.
Usage data: try-on history, wardrobe items, credit balance, plan.
Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. We retain the Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

3. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), consent (for optional body measurements and marketing), and legitimate interest (for security and fraud prevention).

4. Third-party processors

We share data only with the following processors, who act on our instructions:

Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — authentication, database, file storage. Data is stored in the EU.
FASHN AI — generates virtual try-on images from the photos you upload. Photos are sent to FASHN's API for inference.
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — payment processing, including Apple Pay. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see them.

5. How long we keep it

Account, profile, wardrobe, and try-on records: until you delete your account.
Uploaded photos and generated try-on images: until you delete them or your account.
Payment records (legal obligation): 7 years.
Backups: rolling 30-day window.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access your personal data — use the "Export my data" button on your profile page.
Delete your account and all associated data — use the "Delete my account" button on your profile page.
Rectify inaccurate data — edit it directly in your profile.
Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie preference. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Children

SeeItOnMe is not intended for users under 16. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 16.

9. International transfers

When data is sent to FASHN AI or other processors outside the UK / EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Changes

We will update this page if our processing changes, and notify you in-app for material changes.
