See·It·On·Me

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Who we are

SeeItOnMe is operated by Rushly Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 17251039). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rushly Technologies Limited.

2. The service

SeeItOnMe lets you upload a photo of yourself and a clothing item and generates an AI image showing the item on you. Results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect real-world fit, colour, or fabric behaviour.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Try-ons and subscriptions

5. Refund policy

One-time packs: non-refundable once try-ons are added to your account, except where required by UK consumer law (e.g., the service fails to function).

Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no partial refunds for the unused portion of a month.

Failed try-ons caused by our service automatically refund the try-on to your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of providing the try-on service (including transmission to FASHN AI for image generation). We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Generated try-on images are for your personal use. Commercial usage rights are included with the Pro Monthly plan only.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by UK law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.
